- We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel
that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position
either finacially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every
customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable
contact email has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra
expense,other than to use email to cancel such an order
receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or
incorrect parts. Our wharehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping
damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part,
do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender.
If the shipper has left a damaged pakage in your absence, immediately contact
the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted
immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on
both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts
after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not
responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be
processed through the shipping company.
Truck freight applies to orders
consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their
shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped
via truck freight delivery may take 2-9 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays) within the continental United States. Truck freight to Alaska
and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may require additional charges.
You will be contacted via email with a revised shipping quote.
We will accept authorized returns 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment
has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repacked items in its
original shipping container contact us and we will arrange for its return.
All authorized returns must be in their original
condition include all components and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged
due to incorrect installation.returns missing components will not be credited.
We are not resposible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor
expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or
defective parts during installation. Electrical parts are not
returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reson. Freight charges
are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
A 20% return fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our
Refunds for returns or cores will be process and credited within 72 to 96 hours
after we recive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies.
All cores must be returned in their originall packaging from the manufactuer.
Please be aware the bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your
account or credit card.
All international orders must use paypal or google checkout no credit card
transactions will be accepted.
BMW of North America warrants the Original new and remanufactured parts and
accessories it sells against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24
months commencing on the date of sale or installation by an authorized BMW
passenger car center or authorized BMW light truck center.
Original BMW accessories that are installed in or on the vehicle such as front
and rear spoilers, alarms, sun/wind deflectors and cassette holders will carry
the new vehicle warranty if they were installed prior to delivery to the client. If
the installation is made after the retail sale of the vehicle, the accessory will be
warranted for the balance of the new vehicle warranty period, or two years from its
date of installation, whichever is greater. If the New Vehicle Warranty is in effect at
the time of replacement, the claim should be submitted under the New Vehicle
All over the counter/center installed parts which fail during the applicable warranty
period (see Original Parts and Accessories, WPPM-3) must be verified as defective by
a qualified service department employee and documented on a repair order. If the
sale/installation is made after the retail sale of the vehicle, the part will be warranted
for the balance of the new vehicle warranty period, or two years from its date of
installation, whichever is greater.
Prior to repair, certain automatic transmissions and electronic component
repairs/replacements require PuMA repair process authorization (Teile-Clearing).
If installation in the vehicle is required to determine that a defect exists (or the client
simply returns the vehicle in which the defective part was installed), then the labor to
diagnose the failure as well as to repair or replace the failed part is covered for
parts sold over the counter and parts installed by an authorized BMW center.
